Peishan obtained her Master of Arts in Contemporary Dance (Distinction) from London Contemporary Dance School in 2013, with the support of National Arts Council Arts Scholarship (Overseas) 2011. As a performer, she has worked with local and international choreographers including Albert Tiong (Singapore), Low Mei Yoke (Singapore), Anthony Meh (Malaysia), Loretta Livingston (USA), John Mead (USA) and Sasha Roubicek (UK). Peishan was an artist with Frontier Danceland from 2007 to 2011.
As a choreographer, she has created for local contemporary dance companies Frontier Danceland, Re:Dance Theatre and RAW Moves. Her creation of 6pm.Time for LASALLE College of the Arts was performed at Esplanade da:ns Festival 2013. More recently, she cocreated A Doodle of Impressions (2014) with Liu Wen-Chun (Taiwan), which was featured in Southeast Asian Highlights, as part of M1 Contact Contemporary Dance Festival 2014.
