Isabella Hreljanovic is a producer and performer based in Manhattan, New York. Isabella is currently the Producing Associate at New York Live Arts, assisting Tommy Kriegsmann, Director of Programs, on the planing and implementation of New York Live Arts’ presenting season and yearly residency programs. Isabella has been working in Programming at New York Live Arts since 2012.
Outside of her work at New York Live Arts, Isabella is one-fourth of an artist-led presenting collective called ROVE (www.rovehere.org) which produces site-specific, experimental performance installations for emerging choreographers in New York City. In partnership with Manhattan’s Roger Smith Hotel, ROVE has supported artists such as Walter Dundervill, Molly Poerstel, Jillian Sweeney and Mariana Valencia.
New York Live Arts strives to create a robust framework in support of the nation’s dance and movement-based artists through new approaches to producing, presenting and educating, while supporting a international, multidisciplinary presenting season. In addition to our deep commitment to individual artists at all stages of their careers, we endeavor to create rich, meaningful experiences for our audiences by engaging them in ways that are intimate and thought-provoking. With our audience, we seek to become a place for movement-based art that is vital to the fabric of social and cultural life in New York, America and beyond.
